Refund Policy - The Basics

At Guardian Testing Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality testing products and services while maintaining compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) regulations. Due to the nature of our medical and testing products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstances.

By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. No Refunds or Returns
To ensure product integrity, safety, and compliance with federal health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds, whether the product is used or unused. Once a testing kit or medical product has been shipped, it cannot be returned, resold, or redistributed.

This policy is in strict accordance with:

  • OSHA regulations, which prohibit the reuse of medical and biohazard-related testing materials.

  • SAMHSA guidelines, which ensure the chain of custody and validity of drug and alcohol testing procedures.

2. Exceptions for Defective or Incorrect Products


While refunds are not available, we will replace items in the following cases:
✅ Defective Products: If a product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 5 days of delivery with supporting photos.
✅ Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, contact us within 5 days of delivery for a resolution.

We will not process replacements for damaged items reported after the 5-day window.

3. Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Delayed Shipments: Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

  • Stolen Packages: We are not liable for lost or stolen shipments. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier for assistance.
